(Received December 12th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 11. ; N The Controller-General of Civil Aria' tion states that the aggregate machino mileage in commercial flying totals over a million, miles since May. 1919, flfld the passengers carried 32,345. Regular night flying has not been attempted, but the experimental lighthouse at Croydon has been successful, and other! are being built. The use of wireleßi telephones is being extended. In connexion with the Imperial air routes, a new aerodrome is being built at Malta. Wireless communication is being assured between England 1 and Egypt. The report gives details of-re-cent aviation developments in Australia and New Zealand.
