* — TO-NIGHT'S COMPETITIONS. The Christchurch Sports Club has providei a most attractive programme for its competition to-night a.t tho Choral Hall. All the events aro confi'nod to amateurs, and amongst those engaged in the six-round bouts are some of the finest Exponents of boxing in the Dominion. It is undoubtedly a. fact that in the light-weight division; Hannah and Mubscti have proved themselvos at the top of tho class. Tlioir bout at Hastings was cue of tho most sensational ever seen at a, championship meeting", ond a. repetition of the form then shown is anticipated this evening. Competitors from Dunedin and Timaru jrill also be •■present, and the several novice bouts "which complete the programme are confined to specially selected competitors.
