"Lloyd's Sunday News" publishes a confession by John Hahn, a Bntishborn son of German parents, who was Teleased after sorving 63 months in Portland prison. He was tried with. Karl Frederick Muller at tho Old Bailey early in June, 1915, on a chargo of espionage. MullerS was executed on June 23rd in. tho Tower of London The judges necepted Halin's pica that he was Muller's tool. # Hahn, in his confession, described how, after his shop was wrecked by n mob, he was faced with starvation and was caught in Muller's net. Mullor spied Grand Fleet, and reported the situation on tho East Coast leading up to the bombardments. He asked 'Hahn to report on tho number and size of the guns turned out from Woolwich Arsenal weekly. Since his release, Hahn has started! a small business in tho country under an assumed name.
