Bulgaria has informed the French and Allied Governments that, as a result of various commissions and courtsmartial, over eOO war criminals have been sentenced, some to capital punishment, for breaches of the code of warfare. -M. Stambulinski, tho Bulgarian Prime Minister, is coming to London in connexion with the first payment of tho indemnity, which is due in January, and which amounts to 35.000,000 gold francs.
