—— ♦ At 1.29 this morning tie Fire Brigade turned out to 72 Hawkesbury avenue, St. Albans, whore a, bakehouse at the rear of tho shop and dwelling owned and occupied by Mr A. E. Harfand had been found to be on fire. The bakehouse, which was sub-leased to Messrs Reid Bros., bakers, was completely gutted, only the four brick walls being left standing. It was insured for £100 in tho State office, but whether the lessees had any insurance on tho contents was xrot ascertainable this morning.
