PROPERTY SALE. Craddook'a Agency Co., Ltd., offered threo Lyttelton properties hi" auction at Mr A. 11. Hamilton's premises, Canterbury street, yesterday. The first Jot was a four-roome.l house and a section of 20 perches in Exeter street, owned by Mrs J. Smart. Bidding commenced at £250, and rose by fore-pound bids to £280, at which price it vas knocked down to Mr W. G. Carson. A five-roomed bouse in Or-' ' ?treot, owned, by Mr E. V. Smith, was ' i for £220 to Mr John Black-lc-r. A business site in London street, near Canterbury street, was passed in at £195, the owner having ■placed a reserve of £229 on ihe section.
