THE CONGESTION AT LYTTELTON.
A meeting of the members of the Council of tiie Canterbury Chamber of Commerce and representatives of the Industrial Association, Pi ogress League, and Farmers' Union, will bo held today, at 3 p.m., in the Chamber of Commerce Hall, to receive tho report of the committee appointed at th 6 meeting held on June 21st, to consider the question of the traffic congestion at Lyttelton. This committee has been engaged for several days in talcing evidence on the subject.
