According to this story the General Staff reported that 350,000 trcops were available for use against Poland, and 700,000 against Franco. Bolshevik aid was certain, and there were new classes of voting men to draw uporu The attitude of Great Britain and America was uncertain, but the conclusion _ was reached that France would rcceiye a free hand, and the plan was accordingly dropped.
