QUESTION OP RECONSTRUCTION. (special to "tue press.") WELLINGTON, June 3. _ Ministers have at present under consideration the reconstruction of the Board of Trade. It will be taken over by one of the new Ministers prior to the opening of Parliament. It has been suggested that heads of Departments might with advantage become acting-members of the Board of Trade when matters in which their Departments are concerned are being dealt with, and probably this will bo arranged.
