A deruonstratijii of rose planting and root ■pruning- will be on Satuidsy afternoon, under the sUFplcei of the- Canterbury and "W'onifiton Horticultural Societies, at the Xt.v Zealand Gluo Co.'s frardc-rrs, Weolstoi-, 'at 2.35 o'clock. I\lr J. Pouifcen will be in. charjp of the demonstration. All lovers of the rose are invited to attend.
