Tho prospectus of the Wanganui Woollen Mills, Ltd., appears in our advertising columns of this issue. The company is now registered ; over 30,000 shares having been subscribed in Wanganui and district, to date. The Provincial Directors of the Company are all well known men, and their names alone should be sufficient guarantee that tho affairs of the Company will be fully protected by able administration. Shareholders will have the opportunity at the statutory meeting of the Company, which the "Companies Act, 1P0&;" requires to be held within three months of registration, of electing their own representatives to the Board.

It is desired thats intending investors should know that there are no promoters shares or loading of any description in connexion with the Company. Shareholders coming in now will be on the ground floor.

Several sites for the proposed woollen mills have already been offered to the ■Company, but no property has so. far been acquired, or agreements made to purchase.

An opportunity seldom occurs by which the general public may invest in such sound business as is now offered.
