* PEOPLE'S PLIGHT DESPERATE. (By Cable—Press Association—Copyright.) ("The Times.") CONSTANTINOPLE, May 28. The plight of the Armenians is desperate. They are fightihg Turks, Tartars, and Bolsheviks.
