MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Messrs F. G. Norton, J.P., and F. Knights J.P., presided at the Magistrate's Court on Saturday. William Tom; third engineer of ® Suffolk, _ waa charged with drunkenness, and with using obscene- language in Norwich J Ho , was <=°»victcd and discharged on the firjt charge, anil fined £5 and cost, on the second, in default one month's imprisonc- Eccond engineer in the buffoLk, pleaded not guilty to bavin" obstructed Constable Hodgins in the execution of- his duty. Accused was fined £7 ICg arid costs. As the Suffolk was due to sail the same day. the master of the vessel advanced the amount of the fines. THE PICTURES. ''The Man From Kangaroo," featuring the well-known Australian boxer and athlete "Snowy" Baker, will be screened at the Harbour Light Pictures to-night.
