Mr M. Kershaw and Mr P. \V. Sharpe were elected circuit stewards, idso to conference, with Messrs F. Sincoek and Shoppard Green hs tiiib.Uituics. Mr W. 11. Seed and A. G. Williams, the retiring stewards, were thanked for their cervices. The following were elected a Finance Committee: Messrs M. Kershaw, I'. W. 'Sharps. J. Voss, W. Slierris. W. C. Francis. 11. W. Todhunter, N. H. Straw, and Frank Thompson. Messrs W. 11. Seed and F. Sheppard Green were fleeted auditors. The election of a Foreign Mission secretary was referred to th? Mission Committee, to report to tho r.cxt quarterly meeting. Mr Arthur Slierris was f-lcctod Home Mission secretary. and Mr Brewing press reporter. Mr A. Smith consented to retain his position as circuit agent for the "Methodist Times" to the end of tho next quarter.
