Prohibition moans one law for thfc rich and another for the general community. The rich man can stock his cellars, others must go without. The rich man may laugh at tho prohibitory law, others may grin and bear it. This argument has no*, or be?n answered by the Prohibitionists. There is no answer. [Advt.]
