Ono facton* had .-six men learning, none of whom had over hceg in a boot factory before, and tho lowest was paid .L' 3 7s (id a week. In this factory every opportunity was given to the soldiers to learn the but that- wa.s not tho case in -all factories. Tho Board decided to proceed with this department of vocational training as soon as possible.
