DISPUTE SETTLED. (PRBSS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM. 1 AUCKLAND, December 5. The possibility of the workers employed bv the Auckland, Birkenhead, and Nortncote Gas Companies declaring a strike on account of the non-settlement of their dispute over wages and general conditions lias now been removed, for at a sitting of tho Labour Disputes' Investigation Committee an agreement was reached on all the points remaining at issue.
