The Government has docided to seize the bituminous coal mines where tlio owners do not show a disposition to cooperate in increasing the production. It will dispatch troops to all areas to protect miners who decido to act as strike breakers. Wherever the mines are seired the Government will impose a 14 per cent, increase in wages.
