Captain Wilkins, in tho Kangaroo, left Saint Raphael for Capua nt 9.30 on iSaturday morning, in fine weather. THE ALLIANCE DISASTER. LONDON, November 25. The Ajr Ministry's inquiry into the Surbitori crash is proceeding slowly. The committee examined Miss Woolley. Captain Douclas's fianree. and investigated her allegation that the machine was inadequately tested. Independent cvidenco was produced that satisfied the committeo that tho machine had made # several flights on tho previous dav with full equipment, its aggregate flying time being two hours, which was a sufficient test. The inquiry is now directed towards establishing tho full weight carried. The machine was equipped with a specially large petrol tank, but ilio evidence shows that it was not full on the day of tho disaster. AERIAL NAVIGATION. Mr Andrew Fisher, High Commissioner for Australia, during his visit to Paris, was authorised to sipi the Aerial Navigation Convention on ochalf of tho Commonwealth.
