NO AGREEMENT BEACHED. , (press association- telegram.) WELLINGTON", November 2S. The conference between the owners of municipal and private tramways in New Zealand and representatives of the Tramway Employees' Federation concluded to-day. Full consideration was given to the counter proposals submitted by the owners, much time being devoted to a discussion on the minimum wage, but the conference failed to come to any agreement.
