LAUNCH OF 40,G00-TON SHIP. (By Cable—Press Association—Copyri<rht.) (Australian and. N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received Tsovember 11th, 7."0 p.m.) TOKIO, November 8. The 40,000-ton battleship Narato, said to bo the largest in the world, will be launched on the 9th inst. She is equippad with 16in guns, and will have a speed of 35 knots. She will carry several airplanes. Tho construction of the Kaga, a sister ship, will be begun when the Narato is .finished.
