COUNTY COUNCILB. WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL. IN the matter of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and "The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1906, it is hereby publicly not ill ed that the Waimairi County Council desires to obtain the consent of the Ratepayers of that part of the County of Waimairi, named by resolution of the Waimairi County Council, "Papanui Channelling and Asphalting Special Rating Area, Number 2," the boundaries of which said part are defined in iho' Schedule h"r<-to, to toe raising of a Spocial Loan of £10, COO. (c) The proposed security of such proposed Loan, and providing a Sinking Fund in respect thereto, has a Special Rate of One Penny and 14-64ths of penny in the pound, upon thj Rateable Value, b;injj„the Capital \ alue of all Rateable, propsrties comprised in the said "Papanui Channelling and Asphalting Special Rating Area, Number 2." (d) The said Loan shall have a currency of 3GJ years, and bear interest in the meantime at a rate not exceeding £5 10a per centum per annum, and tho provision for repayment is that the whole of tho loan, shall, at tue end of its period, be repayable by means of a sinking fund. (e) It is proposed to pay out of the Loan the co3t of -raising the Loan, and all preliminary expeus's incurred in connexion with the schefiio for which tho Loan is proposed to be raised, and it is prono3ed to pay out of the Loan the interest and sinking fund for the first year. (a)' The particular purpose for which the Loan is required is for the purchase of land at Paoanui, and the building of a public Town 'Hall and Library, and the Waimairi County Council named by resolution •"The Papanui Town Hall and Library Special Eating Area." (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed for the said purpose is £6000. (c) Tho proposed security of such proposed Loan, and providing a sinking fund in respect thereof, has a Special Rate of 10-friths of a penny in the pound upon the Rateable Value, being the Capital Value, of all rateable properties comprised in the said "Papanui Town Hall and Library Special Eating Area." (d) The said Loan shall have a currency of 20 years, and be at interest in the meantizno I at a rate not esroeeding £5 10s per centum per annum.
