, (press association* telegeam.) IN'APISR, August 21. A hospital patient named Ahciu, who is suffering from an incurable complaint, is missing from the institution. He escaped from the hospital on Sunday last, and jumped into the sea near tho breakwater, but was puilcd out by a passer-by. After being sent home ho was returned to the hospital, from which ho escapod again*
