(Received Jnno 24th. 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 23. jjord Inchcape, addressing a meeting of business meai, said nationalisation meant that tho coal mines would bd worked solely for the benefit of tho miners, not tho nation. The miners would hold tho country's commerce and trade at thoir mercy.
