DESTRUCTION IN PROGRESS. (By Cable.—Press Acsociatioiu — (United Service.) PARIS, Jon a 23. The British authorities are burning great quantities of war material in France, because it would „not pay to transport it to England. A collection of motor-cars was accidentally set on fire, and 4000 were partly destroyed.
