FINAL DECISION DEFERRED. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, June 11. Referring to the matter of war gratuities, Sir James Allen stated to-day -hat no final decision had yot been irrived at. He had met the officers of ;he Returned Soldiers' Association on ;he matter, and ho hoped, as soon as a ull meeting of Cabinet could bo obained, to have something definite done, le was anxious to have the question iettled.
