REPATRIATION.

RETURNED SOLDIERS' CRITICISM. (press association telegrams.) AUCKLAND, April 24. Scathing criticisms of the Govrnment, in regard to the repatriation of soldiers, is contained in the annual report of the Returned Soldiers Association, submitted at the annual general meeting held to-night. The report strongly condemns the setting up of a Ministerial Board in connexion with repatriation. It states that a Minister of Repatriation should have been appointed, as divided control has never yet proved efficient. It also condemns tho Government for what it terms "its criminal delay in setting up the Department."
