ANNUAL CONFERENCE. (PHES3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March .14. A deputation from the Plumbers' Conference waited upon the Minister of Public Health, and submitted suggestions for the consideration of the Minister. He stated that it was his intention to give every encouragement towards establishing bursaries for trades or professions, and lie considered that sanitary plumbers deserved every assistance in such a schcme. The Conference appointed the following executive, with headquarters at Dunedin: —President, Mr J. S. Douglas; vice-president, Mr C. S. Jenkins j treasurer, Mr R. Walker; committee, Messrs J. H. Wilson, A. Burk, and D. Scrymgeour; district vicepresidents, Auckland. Mr J. C. Spinley; Wellington, Mr W. Judd; Christchurch. Mr W. Deauj Dunedin, Mr J.Christie; Invercargill, Mr J. S. Anchor; Parliamentary Committee, Messrs T. Ballinger, W. Judd, A. E. Wells, S. L. Russell, A. Ramsay, and S. Mclvor; representative on the employers' executive. Mr W. Judd.
