OBITUARY.

MR E. RAWSON, S.M

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELECRASI.) HAMILTON, March 13. Tho death has occurred of Mr Edward Rawson, S.M., aged 52. He had been ailing for some weoks.

A well-known merchant tailor of Auckland, Mr Gcorgo Mcßride, died at his residence, Mount Albert, on Tuesday. Deceased, -who was over 60 years of age, went to Auckland from the South about 30 years ago. Ho took a keen interest in sport of all kinds. He was, however, more prominently connected with trotting, having bred and raced a number of horses.
