Intelligent Viennese say that unless the Allies intervene in Austria, she will drift under the domination of Germany. The conditions in Austria are terrible. No food is coming in. CONTROL OF RAILWAYS. (Received March 12th. 7.35 p.m.) PARIS, March 9. The Supreme War Council lias practically put Mr H. C. Hoover in control of the Austrian railroads. Mr Hoover has put them under the direction of American army engineers. j
