The following is the Dominion meteorologist's forecast, issued at Wellington at * p.m. yesterday: — Atraoapheric pressure has decreased everywhere to-dav, and the skies have been overcast at times, with a few-local showere, particularly over the North Island, and westerly breezes have prevailed. , _ Present indications are for fre-sneiiing north-westerly to south-westerly winds, expect ■unsettled and cloudy weather, with scattered rainfall, especially m tho West Coast and southern districts, and the barometei unsteady, with a fulling tendency.
