ROMAN CATHOLIC MISSION.
The religious exercises of a mission aro bcinjr held a.t St. Mary's, Manchester etreet, and judged br attendances, find much favour among the Catholics of the parish. Tlio number of communicant-* bare mounted up to over SOO daily, whilst the cvoning devotions 'are attended by congregations tha't overflow into the sanctuary. The 40 hours' continuous adoration of tho Blessed Eucharist begins at the nine o'clock mate today. The preachcrs—Rev. Fathers McCarthy and O'-Leary—are powerful and convincing ope a leers, and soon awaken the interest of their hearers. The mission closes on Sunday evenin", when Father McCarthy will discourse on "The Divinity of the Catholic Church."
