VICTORY LOAN.
SENATE PASSES BILL.
(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) WASHINGTON. March 2. The Senate has passed a Bill authorising the Treasurer co issue a seven billion dollar Victory Loan in Treasury notes and certificates. The interest rate has not yet been determined.
