PARIS, March 2.

The French Press declares that France's future depends on the new armistice conditions. The war has cost France three million men and three hundred milliard francs, but the victors will be a ruined people unless they obtain that peace to which they are entitled.

"Le.Matin" says in order to prevent Germany complaining that Franca in exacting disarmament, has ulterior designs. Fiance should be willing to bind herself in such u way as to allay Germany's fears.
