DEATHS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. (Renter'a Telegrams.) (Received December 31st, 1.25 a.m.) LONDON, December 30. Influenza is steadily waning. The week's deaths in London numbered 184, compared with 942 a month ago. The number of deaths in the United Kingdom bo far is 110,000. AUSTRALIAN OFFICIAL HOPES. (By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, December 30. The Director of Quarantine hopes that Australia will be definitely free of influenza by end of the first week in the New Year.
