Kokovtsoff, exPremier of Russia, have arrived, and are holding important conferences with the Ambassador and other leading Russians. "Le Matin" says that Admiral Kolchak gravely defeated the Bolsheviks in the Perm district, and also overthrew the revolutionary Government at Saniara. Admiral Kolchak is now in communication with M.
