Tho "North China Daily News" makes the sensational allegation that an enormous illicit traffic in morphia and Indian opium is being done by Japanese in China. It affirms that eighteen tons of morphia are imported into China from Japan annually and distributed by the Japanese post offico and Japanese" pedlars.
