Major-General Mcltao has prepared a memorandum for the immediate establishment of an inter-Iniperial wireless news servico to cover all parts of the Empire, and furnish all newspapers with tho world's news at very low cost. Ho proposes that Britain, in conjunction with the Dominions and colonies, l>egin tho construction of a British "Round tho "World" news wireless. with all stations within tho Empire. For this service only tho estimated cost is £4,500,000.
