The Shipping Controller announces that the Government control of merchant chipping will no% continue after the war longer -than 13 necessary to provide for the extraorainary conditions arising from the war. Privatelyowned ships will be released as. soon as the tonnage available is considered suffiqient to proviso essential national shipping Mrvioei.
