CANNING FACTORY DESTROYED. (PBESS- ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) NELSON, Novcunber 13. Early this morning a hre broke out in tne pulp, stores at Kukpatrick and Cb.'s jam factory, and before it was extinguished it destroyed tne pulp store, cask storo, and main canning department, also their contents, including valuable, and, at piescut,, inc-piace-able macninery. The main factory was saved Iry the strenuous exertions of the tiremen. The canning department will be idle during the coming season. Estimates of the damage and insurances are not available.
