METROPOLITAN SHOW.
JUDGING DAY. It only requires line weather to-day and to-morrow for the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association's 1918 Show to be as great a success as its predecessors. This makes the fifth Metropolitan Show in succession to bo held under war conditions, but, fortunately, the indications point to its beinn- the last. For the first time since the outbreak of tho war tlic number of entries show an increase instead of a decrease though they are far short of the figures of four years ago, or oven those of 191- or 1016.
