METROPOLITM SHOW AN EXHIBIT WITH A UNIVERSAL APPEAL the show with special interest in some particular class of exhibit. For many the horses are the prime attraction ; others go to see the sheep, the cattle, or "the machinery. But there is one display that is of equal interest to farmers and townsfolk, to men and women; this is the splendid showing of HIGH-CUSS FURNITURE exhibited by \V. STRANGE< & CO. LTD. In a country like New Zealand, where the home-Jife is such a big factor, it is little to be wondered at that Strange's exhibit is always one of the best attended on the ground, for it shows the materials out of which the home is made. Then it gains additional interest from the fact that every article shown is made in Strange's own factory, and is tangible evidence of the high standard of workmanship to which the Dominion's craftsmen have attained. The display is situated in a roomy building on the left side of the main avenue leading from the entrance gates, and it takes the form of of rooms fitted out with carpets, pictures, and everything to show just how the Furniture will appear in the buyer's house.
