BOLSHEVIK BARBARITY IN POLAND. (By Cable.—Pr«n Association.—Copyright.) ("The Times.') BERNE, November 3. It is reported from Vilna that the Bolsheviks are carrying on a barbarous vendecta on the eastern borders of Poland. They impale victims, cut off their nosed and ears, apd bury some alive. Those spared are sent to concentration camps, where they are brutally treated and are constantly liable to assassination. The Bolsheviks plunder and burn homes and terrorise whole districts. The people are appealing for protection to the Regency Council. The Austrian troops have been withdrawn from Poland. « BUREAU OF FREE LOVE. (Australian and Ji.Z. Cable AnociationJ LONDON, November 4. Tho Soviets' official organ, "Izvestia," publishes a decree of the Vladimir Bolsheviks establishing a Bureau of Free Love, at which girls over eighteen years of age are obliged to register. A certain number of girls and men are allowed to select mates, whose consent is unnecessai-y. Children are to be the State property.
