Law stated that it was not proposed to proceed with the Emigration Bill this session. MINISTERIAL CHANGES. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) • (Reuter's Telegrams.) LONDON, November 5. The Press Bureau announces that Sir Auckland Geddes will become President of the Local Government Board, retaining his present position of Director of National Service. Mr W. Hayes Fisher, President of the Local Government Board, becomes Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster with a peerage.
