♦ — THREE RESERVISTS CHARGED A court-martial will sit in Christ- " church, at the King Edward Barracks* . at 10 o'clock this morning, to hear a ; charge against three military reseiristß of disobeying the lawful command of a' superior officer by failing to be medically examined. The reservists charged are:— Andrew Kcrcnaway Henderson, Red-' y cliffs, journalist. " ' Joseph McMillan, 141 Victoria •treet,Christchurch, fruiterer. Richard Gadd, li Bordesley street, Lin wood, storeman. Hendersan wn* some time ago coart■martiallef 1 . on the samo charge, andsentenced in nine months' lmprisonin out. He was released from gaol a , few veeks ago. _ " The Court will comprise Major A. E. Loach (oreaiuwrt), Captain R. Macartney ana"Captain W. Deans, with Captain I>. M.
