Maloney, N.Z.R.8., have been promoted lieutenants. Cup tain A. A. McNub has tho temporary rank of Major, vice Major A. H. Carrington,, N.Z.S.C., detached for training in stafl! duties. Caitain E. D. Aubin, N.Z.M.C., is seconded for duy to Now Zealand on a hospital ship, and other doctors seconded for duty to New Zealand include Captains G. A. iorrest, A. Wilson, 11.D., F.E.C.S., ar.d C. 13. Kossiter, F.R C.b'. After over three years' service at sea iu tlic Eastern Mediterranean, Paymaster W. -tMolineaux Guv, R.N.R. (lato of the I'ublic Works Department, New Plymouth), has been appointed Naval Supply Officer at Dunkirk. Major J. M. Richmond. D.5.0., M.G., R.N.Z.A. has been posted, to command a. battery, and so relinquishes th© appointment of Brigade Major, N.Z. Div Artillery, to which Major R. Miles, D.5.0., M.G., R.N./5.A., has been appointed. ■ . V7I , Sccond Lieut. S. E. Opponheim, Arrnv I'oatal Services, hns tlio rank of Captain" while employed as D.A.D.1.&. of an Ar Ma > jo«° r H.' O'Neill, D.5.0.. have been promoted Colonel; and Major R. N. OiUhno, M.C. (President of the New Zealand Standing Modical Boards') is now lieutcr.nnt-colonel. S.S.M. A. Maasey and S.S.M. A. b.\Mvilli can, D.C.M., M.MT., both of tho N.Z.M.C.. arc now lieutenants and have been appointed Assistant Quartermasters. ~ The following nostings of chaplains aie gazetted:-Tho Rev. E. D.
