Kossiter, F.R C.b'. After over three years' service at sea iu tlic Eastern Mediterranean, Paymaster W. -tMolineaux Guv, R.N.R. (lato of the I'ublic Works Department, New Plymouth), has been appointed Naval Supply Officer at Dunkirk. Major J. M. Richmond. D.5.0., M.G., R.N.Z.A. has been posted, to command a. battery, and so relinquishes th© appointment of Brigade Major, N.Z. Div Artillery, to which Major R.
