The Italian Consul at Moscow and 400 Italians have been' forced to leave the city and seek refuge in the -northward. BOLSHEVIK INHUMANITY. (United Service.) (Received September 19th. 7.45 p.m.) LONDON. September 18. News from Russia states that officers •who have been imprisoned continue to die in hundreds of Starvation. Others are bound to barges, which are set adrift in the Baltic and blown np, in imitation of the "Noyades" of the French revolution.
