It should be realised that, although the National Efficiency Board's proposal calls for tho abolition of the Liquor Traffic —tho proposal will provido for tho exemption of alcohol for medicinal purposes. Liquor will still be available where nocesary in cases of illnecs. Other important exemptions aro those of wine for sacramental purposes and alcohol for scientific and industrial nse.
