Sir Albert Stanley said in the Commons the other day that specifications of a German invention to improve motor-ploughs had been filed, but no patent would be granted to an enemy firm during the war. Sir Edward Careon asked how it was possible to get specifications withont contravening the Act against communicating with the enemy, but no answer was given.
