HOW TO RESIST THE GOLD.
Intense cold lowers the vitality, and persons whose constitutions are weak aro liable to congestions and inflammations. The best means of resisting tho effects of cold is to clothe warmly and to take plenty of good solid food, containing a largo proportion of oils and fats.
